Lee Wilkinson - PersonBrain Model Training
Resilience in not about dealing with adversity. It is bouncing back and understanding what brought us to that low point in the first place. Knowing that we can change ourselves and regulate our emotional responses can allow become less vulnerable to repeating the same behaviours. Once we realise that is not ‘us’ who is reacting, but our brains ingrained responses, we can retrain our brains to react differently and, with renewed understanding of ourselves, we can reduce stress, achieve our goals, and become more compassionate and understanding individual.
